BAR CRAWL

It's called BARcelona for a reason. We're taking the adventure to the night, as we explore some of the best (and most lively) bars the city has to offer.

SPANISH TAPAS

SUNSET BOAT CRUISE

TRIP TIPS

Here are a some Driftaway Trip Tips before embarking on your Barcelona adventure. Spanish Tapas is surely a must!

CHECK OUT LA RAMBLA

Considered the most well known street in central Barcelona, this tree lined street stretches 1.2km and is lined with awesome boutiques, bars & restaurants.

TRY SPANISH TAPAS

Barcelona is famous for its Spanish Tapas! You'll find it in most bars & restaurants across the city and is a must try!

SPEAK SOME CATALAN

Catalan is the preferred language of the locals. Learn a few simple phrases such as, bon dia (hello), merci (thank you) and adéu (goodbye).

WATCH OUT FOR PICKPOCKETS

Loads of tourists means a fair few scams. Stay away from people on the streets offering you bracelets or roses, and take care of your belongings.

TO TIP OR NOT TO TIP

Unlike a lot of other western countries, tipping culture in Barcelona is much less prominent. If you really want to, we'd advise 5% to 10% maximum!

BRING YOUR BEACH GARMS

It might be March, but temperatures could be nice. With a beach on our doorstep & a boat cruise on the schedule, it's better to be safe than sorry.
